Molly Roha, M.S., LMFT

During every individual’s journey through life, we may feel overwhelmed or at odds with relationships, family, work, and may not know which direction to take. Have you ever desired to break out of self-defeating patterns? Perhaps you just feel stuck and are looking to rediscover your strengths and passion.

Whatever your reason may be, therapy may be the solution that helps you bring about the positive change you are looking for. Renew your understanding of major life issues such as relationships, grief, self-esteem, responsibility, aging, addictions, illness, and finding meaning.

I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, children, teens, and families for a variety of needs and psychological concerns. I graduated from California State Polytechnic University Pomona with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences (license number MFC 51346). I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT). I am dedicated to helping my clients look inward and bring about the change they are seeking in therapy.

I take an eclectic approach by using interventions from a variety of theoretical models including Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and DBT. I feel it is important to be flexible with theoretical framework and ensure at all times interventions are aimed to meet the client’s goals and needs to see and feel results.
