The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” – Carl Rogers

I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 7 years. I graduated from Phillips Graduate University with a Masters Degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, parenting strategies, trauma. I utilize a strength-based cognitive behavioral approach to challenge your thoughts, understand your feelings to evoke change to behaviors. I genuinely believe that building a trusting and honest therapeutic relationship is the first step of change. It is okay to not be okay. You are not alone. I have a passion for working with clients and assisting them in healing and thriving through life. Do you find yourself anxious for unknown reasons? Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of sadness or irritability? If you find it difficult to make friends and experience isolation and loneliness regularly, come talk to me. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful social connections.
