The credentialing process does take 4-6 weeks once the insurance contracts are submitted.
Clients can get matched with clinicians in several ways. First, we offer a directory where clients can read each bio and contact the provider of their choice directly to initiate a connection. We also have an insurmountable number of calls coming in on a daily basis. Our admin team will screen for appropriate fit and then, based on the criteria requested by the client, connect them with a matching clinician. Additionally, as our network of clinicians continues to grow, we offer a way for all clinicians to connect and reach out to one another should they need to refer a client out. If interested, a clinician canchoose to take the referral and work with the client directly.

The hours / days scheduled are determined by the therapist. Most people find that flexibility of hours helps prevent burnout, as there is not an expectation of seeing 6 clients back-to-back. Instead, clinicians can schedule clients according to what works with their own schedule (i.e.. therapists with kids find that working during school hours, allows them to have time to spend with their kids when they get home).
