Dreams as a Therapeutic Tool: Empirical Insights and Practical Applications

$150.00

This one-day experiential workshop invites participants to explore the therapeutic potential of dreams within the context of psychotherapy. Grounded in current research and clinical practice, this course will support therapists in cultivating a deeper understanding of how to safely and effectively incorporate dream material into treatment. Participants will engage with both theoretical frameworks and practical strategies to enhance their clinical work.

Through discussion, reflection, and case examples, participants will learn how to create a supportive environment for clients to share their dreams, identify therapist responses that foster trust, and integrate neuroscience-informed insights into their work. The course also explores how dream content evolves throughout the course of therapy and how dreams can be used to track client progress.

Led by Dr. Stephen Aizenstat, this workshop will offer a supportive and creative space where you can engage in practices that cultivate your imagination, intuition, and emotional intelligence. Through a combination of experiential learning, group discussions, and individual reflection, you will learn how to honor the wisdom of your dreams and work with them as a source of guidance, inspiration, and healing.

You will also discover how to use active imagination techniques to deepen your connection with your dreams and engage with them in a more embodied way.
