Soultenders at PCC’s Health & Wellness Day:
Building Connections and Supporting Students
Even a rainy day couldn’t dampen the energy at Pasadena City College’s Spring Health & Wellness Day! Our Soultenders team had the privilege of connecting with students, faculty, and community members at this annual event—sharing resources, answering questions, and continuing our mission to make mental health care more accessible.
Our team loved connecting with students who shared their curiosity about mental health services. It was inspiring to see so much openness and genuine interest in prioritizing emotional well-being. We met students who wanted to explore their options, switch therapists, or learn more about how to access care through insurance. This strong interest reaffirms the importance of our outreach efforts and our commitment to making mental health care approachable and accessible.
Events like Health & Wellness Day are a reminder of why community engagement matters. They allow us to meet people where they are—literally—and open the door to conversations that can lead to meaningful change. We’re grateful to PCC for hosting and to every student who stopped by to learn more about mental health care!
