About
“The wound is the place where the light enters you.”
— Rumi
Therapy, to me, is one path a person can take to truly meet themselves. I approach each client as the unique individual they are, honoring their specific story, pace, and process. I work intuitively, collaborating with clients to help them find their own way — not by leading, but by walking alongside them. I believe each person holds deep wisdom, agency, and autonomy, and that my role is to support their journey as they begin to remember the way back to themselves.
I work with young adults, adults, and older adults, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities depending on what feels most supportive and appropriate in the moment. Whether it’s through mindfulness, insight-oriented exploration, or practical tools for managing life’s challenges, I tailor my approach to align with each client’s needs and values.
