My ideal client is open minded and willing to be challenged. As your therapist, my objective is to help you understand your symptoms and support you with the tools you need to manage them. I will be working collaboratively with you while challenging you to grow. I help people develop a better understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the way they show up in the world. I encourage my clients to take a holistic approach towards problem solving, and I often incorporate mindfulness techniques to develop the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
