About
By healing ourselves, we heal our ancestors.
At times we have all felt hopeless or misunderstood. Sometimes getting out of bed is a struggle and the thought of pushing through just seems like too much work. Sometimes we feel that we do not belong “no se aquà ni de allá” but we cannot explain it into words. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients find hope and clarity into their lives to become the best and most authentic versions of themselves and realizing that they are “de aqui y de allá”. To learn to take up space and be the most authentic versions of themselves. I think my ideal client will allow me on their journey to provide guidance to help identify and process through cultural and generational patterns and break cycles and grow and evolve as individuals within a community.
