About

Working with me is very casual yet structured; I will challenge you to explore conscious and unconscious aspects of your life to assist you in meeting your full potential so that you can live a prosperous and joyous life. *NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS*

*NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* Welcome and congratulations on starting your venture to self-growth! I recognize that seeking help may not be easy, whether you are just beginning or continuing your therapeutic journey. However, seeking help is a powerful and courageous step to take in your life. We as human beings all experience our share of life stressors and struggles that affect our lives. How we allow these stressors to affect our lives is the most important. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience treating children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have treated those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, parenting skills, social skills, life changes, and maladaptive thought patterns. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Diego State University and my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University. My approach to therapy is client-centered and humanistic with integrated evidence-based interventions such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide an empathetic non-judgmental space that allows you to be vulnerable and share your experiences without fear of being judged. You would lead your session with what you would like to focus on, while I offer support, guidance, and structure. I believe that every person has the capacity within themselves for personal growth and change. My goal would be for us to work collaboratively to facilitate change in your life.
