About
Seeking professional help is a sign of courage and willingness to embrace life's many changes...
I am a bilingual Therapist, fluent in Spanish, with over 13 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families. I specialize in tailoring treatment to your specific needs, using an eclectic approach. My goal is to provide a welcoming, informative and non judgmental environment. I am committed to helping you identify obstacles hindering your progress in life, as well as support you in gaining insight and self-awareness to help you live a healthier and happier life. My mission is to create a safe therapeutic environment for you to facilitate exploration and resolution to underlying issues that may be creating confusion, depression, complacency, anxiety, family conflict, relationship issues, anger or a stagnancy in life. I have expertise in multiple areas and using multiple approaches of treatment. I completed my undergraduate with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and continued on to receive my graduate degree from University of Phoenix. I graduated in 2011, with my Master of Science in Marriage and Family, Child Therapy. I received my license through the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences, becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2019. I feel honored to be a part of each client's personal journey through treatment as they begin to regain control over their life.
