About

Are you looking to be challenged in a safe environment to promote positive self transformation? Are you looking to build skills and tools to help you build resilience and continue to persevere toward your innate destiny? Are you looking to work with someone for you to tap into your specially tailored plan for growth and development? As a clinician of 15 years who specializes with clientele that have been exposed to trauma, depression, anxiety or work-related stressors.

I offer a judgment free zone, open dialogue, my approach is based upon empowering the client via skill building to promote positive self transformation, this is achieved with CBT, Mindfulness, and Reality Therapy empirically based approaches.

In addition to my formal training, I bring nearly 15 years of clinical experience across a wide range of settings, including acute care hospitals, outpatient therapy, crisis response, and community mental health. This breadth of experience allows me to support clients through both everyday challenges and more complex, high-acuity situations with confidence and care.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in multiple states and have advanced training in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method for couples therapy. I tailor my approach to each individual or couple, drawing from these modalities to meet clients where they are and help them move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My background also includes crisis intervention work, including supporting veterans and individuals experiencing acute distress, which has strengthened my ability to remain grounded, thoughtful, and effective even in high-pressure situations.

In addition to my clinical work, I have training in data analytics and program evaluation, which informs a results-oriented approach to therapy. I pay close attention to progress, outcomes, and what is actually working for you—so our work together is both intentional and effective.

Ultimately, my goal is to combine clinical expertise with real-world practicality—helping you not just understand yourself more deeply, but also develop tools you can apply in your daily life.
