About
"The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great in whatever they want to do." -Kobe Bryant
Accessing therapy can be a powerful step in the journey of healing and personal growth. As a therapist, I want to help individuals learn new coping strategies and techniques, to empower them in managing life's stressors more effectively. My approach includes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person centered approach. I help individuals learn new ways to cope with life's stressors, heal their inner child and better manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. I aim to work with individuals who are ready to learn, are open minded to the process, and are committed to making positive changes in their lives. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow through this transformative journey. If you're ready to take this step, I am here to help you on your journey towards healing and growth.
