About
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build tools that actually work in your day-to-day life. I take a collaborative and practical approach, helping you understand patterns, regulate emotions, and move toward meaningful change.
I tailor therapy to your needs using an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children ages 2–7 and their caregivers, an evidence-based approach that strengthens the parent-child relationship and supports behavior regulation. I completed an early childhood fellowship at UCLA, which informs my work with young children and families.
Together, we’ll focus on growth that feels meaningful, realistic, and sustainable.
