If you have low self esteem and want to find peace, joy, and meaning in your life. I can help guide you on your journey of healing. I am a holistic therapist. I focus on a mind, body, soul approach. I utilize varies modalities to help the healing process. I use EMDR, hypnosis, yoga, breath work, meditation, and teach about energy work to assist in the healing process. I have worked since 2004 in hospice, palliative care, the ICU, outpatient behavioral health and private practice. I am also an author to a book for grief; Deathless: A Guide Through Grief. I am a Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master and an intuitive energy worker.
