About
"Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don't belong.”- Mandy Hale
Are you feeling stuck in some way and want to reflect on what brought you here? I work well with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, stress, and grief and loss. During the therapy process, I assist clients in discovering their strengths, building support systems, and developing a healthy lifestyle to set the foundation for life success. My goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence to understand your past without judgment, take ownership of your present and steps toward your ideal future.
I am a graduate of Antioch University, and hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been practicing therapy since 2012 and have worked in various roles and settings. I implement various approaches into my work. However, my focus is always on meeting my client’s individual needs and helping them accomplish their goals. I am ready to listen and explore your needs and whether or not you may want to make changes.
Reaching out for help is the first step toward understanding what is troubling you. I believe taking the first step is often the hardest, but if you are ready to do the work, I am ready to help you.
For those seeking a Russian speaking therapist: I would like to provide clarification that I am able to speak and understand Russian, but do not conduct therapy in Russian.
