About
"The only way out of something is all the way through it."
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that each person holds inherent strength and resilience. In a collaborative relationship, I work with clients to explore the challenges they face, recognize their efforts, and identify meaningful steps toward their personal goals.
As a trauma-focused clinician trained in EMDR, I support clients in gaining insight into their trauma, understanding their triggers, and engaging in a healing process that promotes lasting change and improved quality of life. I also have experience addressing concerns related to relationships, grief, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration.
Informed by both personal and clinical experience, I deeply value the cultural, social, and spiritual contexts that shape each individual. I strive to understand how these intersecting systems influence a person’s unique strengths, struggles, and worldview. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
