About

Hi, I’m Lindsey, a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, grief, and end-of-life support. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported through some of life’s most meaninful transitions.

Hi, I’m Lindsey, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I specialize in supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most meaningful and transformative moments — from pregnancy and postpartum to grief, loss, and end-of-life experiences. My path to this work is both professional and deeply personal. After experiencing my own postpartum journey, I developed a passion for perinatal mental health and supporting parents through the pregnancy and postpartum period. This season can be overwhelming, beautiful, messy, and complicated, and I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no judgment, no expectations. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can be yourself and find the support you need.

Before starting my private practice, I spent over a decade working as a social worker in oncology and palliative care, walking alongside individuals and families facing illness, end of life, and bereavement. That work deeply shaped my approach to therapy: grounded, empathetic, and guided by the understanding that every person’s journey is unique.

My style is warm, casual, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive conversation, not a checklist. I meet you where you are — whether you’re navigating the early days of parenthood, coping with the complexities of grief or your own end of life, or facing unexpected life changes. Together, we’ll create space for your story, your emotions, and your healing.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
