In therapy, I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to be heard and to support you in your personal journey of growth. We will look into the issues that you are concerned about and help you towards the goals that you have for yourself. This may involve processing and exploring our past childhood experiences, our relationships with parents, and life experiences that have impacted us and shaped how we are today. We will also identify present triggers to negative emotions and work towards developing positive coping strategies and resources that we can utilize in the present as well as in the future.
