Anna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who began her helping journey working with children with special needs, an experience that shaped the way she shows up with care, patience, and deep respect for each person’s unique path.
Today, she works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship struggles—often people who are ready to become more curious about themselves and the world around them. Her approach is rooted in a person-centered foundation, allowing each client’s experience to guide the work, while drawing from a blend of modalities to meet them where they are.
In her sessions, Anna brings a balance of warmth and honesty. She’ll sit with the clients in the hard moments, but also gently guide them toward the truth when something is being avoided. She believes growth comes from both compassion and courage, and she aims to create a space where both can exist.
As someone who values self-understanding and inner growth, Anna sees therapy as a collaborative process—one where insight deepens, patterns become clearer, and meaningful change begins to unfold over time.

Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking, photography,
making jewelry, creating art and continuing her
own inner exploration, which helps her stay
grounded and connected to the work she does with others.
Anna sees healing as an adventure—something to explore, not something to endure.
