I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in Trauma Informed Care, using EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Hypnotherapy, EMDR, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and Comprehensive Resource models. I am also trained in EXRP (Exposure and Response Prevention) in the treatment of OCD.
