About
On the path toward self-understanding and fulfillment, it’s common to encounter challenges that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a more intentional way. Together, we can deepen your insight into your experiences, patterns, and relationships, helping you move toward greater clarity and a stronger sense of direction.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space to explore both past and present experiences. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, with supportive and interpersonal elements, allowing us to understand how earlier experiences shape current emotional and relational patterns.
I specialize in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief, and have experience supporting adults and older adults. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, and I feel especially connected to the intersectional experiences of those within Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities.
Finding the right therapist can feel daunting. I offer a free phone or video consultation so we can get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. I look forward to supporting you as you navigate life’s complexities.
