About
“Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.” - Nido Qubein
I believe therapy should be a place where you can take a breath and be fully yourself. My goal is to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we can make sense of what you’re going through and find your way forward.
What I help with:
I have experience helping adults and teens experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, grief and loss, relationship stress, burnout, coping with depression, trauma, difficult life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My work often includes exploring how your identity and challenges can be shaped by childhood experiences, culture, family, and intergenerational patterns.
What its like to work together:
Client describe me as warm, compassionate, and genuine. I’ll meet you at your pace, but I’m not afraid to challenge you when it supports your growth. I balance insight building with practical support, which means that I help clients process their difficult experiences and understand themselves but also develop skills to meet their goals and have a more fulfilling life.
I believe you already hold the capacity for healing and growth. My role is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic to you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. You just have to be willing to start somewhere. I’d be honored to meet you there.
