I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience providing therapy to adults navigating depression, anxiety, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected.

I work with clients experiencing depression and low mood, anxiety and chronic stress, childhood trauma and attachment wounds, emotional regulation and self-esteem, and life transitions and relationship challenges.

My work focuses on helping clients understand how past experiences shape current emotions, relationships, and coping patterns. Together, we explore practical tools to manage overwhelming feelings while also addressing deeper emotional wounds at a pace that feels right for you.

My communication style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly, without fear of judgment. I listen carefully and reflect back what I hear to ensure clients feel understood, while also offering gentle guidance and honest feedback when helpful.

I help clients reach their goals by collaborating to clarify priorities, address emotional and behavioral barriers, build practical skills, and move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
