About
“Breaking cycles, building futures.”
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping individuals from diverse backgrounds break intergenerational cycles that no longer serve them. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship patterns, or identity-related challenges, I offer a safe and affirming space to explore who you are—and who you want to become.
With over six years of experience serving LA County's Department of Mental Health, I’ve worked with clients ages 6 to 65. Now, I focus on supporting adults and college-aged clients—especially those from BIPOC communities—who are seeking growth, clarity, and healing.
My therapeutic style is human-centered and strengths-based. Using CBT and a client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with you, always honoring your lived experiences and cultural background. I believe therapy is most effective when we can both show up as our authentic selves—and that healing doesn’t have to mean losing who you are.
If you're ready to break generational patterns and move forward with more intention, I’m here to walk with you.
