Welcome! I'm Danielle, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 year of experience in the Mental Health field. I am BIPOC therapist merging my life experience, identity, and clinical knowledge to help my client's deepen their sense of self, heal from childhood trauma, and find their voice to live an authentic life. I am passionate about creating a safe space that is inclusive, affirming, and supportive.
My experience includes working with individuals and families who are experiencing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, Self-esteem issues, arduous family dynamics, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have training certifications in TF-CBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR my approach is based on my client's unique needs at a pace that is realistic to where they are in their current life path.
My client's can expect to learn and develop a mastery in gaining a greater sense of self, communication skills, deeper insight, reconnect with their inner child, healthier relationships, acceptance, mindfulness and boundaries that are aligned with their own personal values.
