"Between every two pines there is a doorway to a new world." --John Muir

Every moment, it seems that the shape and texture of our world seems to be in a constant state of flux. In the midst of so much change, it can be easy to float above it all and lose our grasp on who we are and who we want to be. Our past relationships and life experiences taught us how to respond to these situations and feelings. And we feel stuck, when what we do no longer works to get us the relief we need. I can help bring awareness to these areas of stuckness to help you move towards choices that get you what you want. Feeling stuck keeps us closed off and alone. My approach seeks to join you right where you are and walk along side you. My hope in our work together is that you will find clarity, self-compassion, and empowerment. By understanding who you are and who you want to become, you can learn how to adapt to life's challenges. Having had extensive international experiences, I also actively engage in an intercultural approach in therapy, exploring cultural values and intergenerational issues. Our diversity matters. Contact me today for a free consultation—I look forward to speaking with and helping you decide whether working together could be a good fit.
