About
Therapy is a space where the individual is able to focus on their needs and stressors and how to address them. It is a collective process between the individual and therapist where tools and techniques are used to support the change process. Therapy works when the individual is ready for change.
I use an integrated approach when working with individuals, as therapy is fluid and can be altered per person. I incorporate evidence based approaches to provide techniques and skills to meet your goals. Brief solution focused techniques are to help identify the immediate needs and to transition into deeper work for further healing as needed.
I have ten years of experience using trauma focused solutions and supporting individuals in crisis and can help you identify and build on your healthy coping skills and how to stay grounded. Including, identifying and working on any addiction concerns as well.
My goal is to support you in your change work, to build on your inherent strengths.
