About
Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of life challenges. My background includes extensive work in outpatient therapy and community mental health, and I now bring that experience into my private practice, offering convenient and accessible care through telehealth.
I believe therapy should be a personalized and collaborative journey. What works for one person may not work for another, and that’s why I take a client-centered approach, tailoring our work to fit your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. Whether you’re facing stress, relationship issues, anxiety, parenting concerns, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I’m here to help you take meaningful steps toward emotional well-being.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based strategies, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, Behavior Modification, and mindfulness-based approaches.
I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore what’s holding you back, and work toward the changes that matter most to you. I also take a holistic view of well-being, considering all aspects of your life—including physical health, relationships, work or school environment, and spiritual or cultural values—throughout the therapeutic process.
Through the flexibility and privacy of telehealth, I’m here to support you wherever you are.
I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to take meaningful steps toward growth and positive change. My clients are often motivated to face life’s challenges and are open to learning the tools and strategies necessary to enhance their overall well-being.
Many of the clients I work with seek support for issues such as healing and rebuilding relationships, navigating career transitions or employment challenges, improving communication skills, and addressing low self-esteem. Through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, I help clients develop insight, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
