"What is necessary to change a person is to change their awareness of themselves." - Abraham Maslow

My favorite part about being a therapist is helping others gain insight that will lead them to the change they want to see in their lives. In my over 10 years of counseling experience, I have learned that the most beneficial and impactful part of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client.
