About
Life is challenging and chaotic, but with time and wisdom, your good days will come.
If you are looking for true happiness and a purpose in life, but you feel emotionally or mentally stuck, I want to support and guide you in your life journey to help find that. Everyone deserves to be happy, and I want that for all my clients.
I am a trauma-focused mental health therapist, specialized in working with adolescents, transitional aged youth, and adults. My therapy style is very eclectic, combining interventions from psychodynamic (processing the past trauma and how that has impacted you), person-centered (allowing you to take the lead on narrating your life story), humanistic (helping you find your authentic self and the most fulfilling life), cognitive behavioral (guiding you in refocusing your negative thoughts to more helpful and productive thinking), and EMDR (helping you heal from trauma using eye movements and brain work).
