About
"There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't." - John Green
I have enjoyed working with clients of all ages in my practice and offer a number of specializations and interventions to support my client’s growth and healing during our time together. I have helped many clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, sleep issues, relationship conflicts, unmanageable stress and sexual issues.
I have extensive experience supporting families that are struggling to manage challenging behavior from their children, are facing difficult stressors and transitions like divorce or loss, or have experienced trauma that is continuing to affect their lives. I am trained in multiple therapeutic models including Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
I have experience providing individual, couple’s as well as family therapy services and am flexible to meet my client’s needs as they evolve. I absolutely love what I do and am grateful to be able to support my clients in their journey to a happier and healthier life.
