About
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” — Aristotle
Therapy is an empowering decision towards understanding how to live your fulfilled life. What I enjoy most about being a therapist is creating a safe space for my clients to work out their issues toward healing. I believe by creating a strong collaborative therapeutic alliance, it allows individuals to show up as their authentic self to work through life’s challenges. I work with adult and young adult individuals who are struggling with depression, difficult life transitions, trauma, and anxiety. I incorporate a variety of interventions such as but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My treatment approach is tailored to meet your unique needs towards becoming a better you.
