About
"Don't worry about the horse being blind. Just load the wagon." -John Madden
Life can be full of complex challenges, and it takes great courage to seek meaning and purpose. I am honored to have your trust, and to support you in coping with hardships and in living your life to the fullest. As your therapist, I will strive to help you develop a deeper self-understanding, empower your inner resources, and find a more balanced, attuned, and connected way of being.
I have 10 years experience in the therapy field, having completed my MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2012. I have developed a collaborative psycho-spiritual approach, informed by Depth Psychology, Mindful Self-Awareness, and Wilderness Therapy.
My life experiences have given me insight into parenting, divorce, co-parenting, blended families, dealing with infidelity, challenges to intimacy, trauma, PTSD, and depression. I have experience treating children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, people who are experiencing codependency issues, addiction and compulsive behaviors.
Please call or email to schedule a consultation. I will do my best to create a space that expands your truth and supports you on your journey.
