I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, as safety and comfort are key points to moving effectively and powerfully through your journey in therapy. You are the expert of your life. I am here to provide a safe space to explore your inner world and help you make the positive changes needed to live a happy, healthy, and functional life. Based on your needs, I draw from different therapeutic approaches, such as strength based, humanistic approaches, cognitive behavioral, and dialectic behavioral to name a few. I have experience working in a variety of settings including: Residential, PHP/IOP, school based, and community mental health. I work with children, adolescents, adults, the LGBTQ community, and couples. Taking that first step forward can be scary.
