About
Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness. Desmond Tutu
There are people, places and things that have wounded us and have caused trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and hopelessness; those wounds have diminished our value and kept us in a cycle of bad relationships and bad choices. But those wounds can heal, and behaviors can change. Starting therapy is the first step of a healing journey that will bring hope, hope in healing. I have over 15 years’ experience working with individuals and families to overcome that which has kept them bound and in pain. My goal as a therapist is to help you, be the best YOU, you can be and start living your best life.
