The life transition of becoming a mother comes with a roller coaster of emotions. While there is a lot of time that is spent in preparing for the arrival of a baby, there is not a lot of time spent on the process of becoming a parent. This is a transition that I experienced first hand, and after the birth of my first child I wanted to be that helpful support for moms. We need it!
