An authentic, non-judgmental, culturally-inclusive, trauma-informed spiritual guide on your journey.
I work with individuals 18+ to wonderful older adults of any age. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ identities. I also have experience guiding Burners (Burning Man folks), and people that want to heal from trauma and anxiety. I am EMDR trained (emdria.org).
My ideal clients are empathic, open to mindfulness, positive life energy, and have a vision of hope. They are open to exploring skills such as courage, connection, self-compassion and compassion for others. They desire to develop a tool box of skills to enhance their overall well-being.
