“Life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.” Bernard Shaw

I assist people through life’s transitions and challenges that can potentially lead to depression, anxiety, decreased self-confidence, relationship problems, or behaviors they would like to change. We will work together to figure out where you are now, where you want to be, and how you can get there. I provide childhood and relationship trauma treatment to help individuals heal and find their strengths.
My goal is to assist you in developing skills and strategies that you can use to bring about realistic and positive changes in your life. My counseling style is culture-centered, empathetic, and nonjudgmental.
