I am Latina, fluent in Spanish and experience working with adolescents and adults with history of complex trauma struggling with anxiety, depression, generational trauma, grief, mood disorders, PTSD, behavioral issues, and other related concerns.
As a Licensed Marriage, Children and Family Therapist I use a trauma informed care approach to provide clients with a safe space and guide them through a process of healing.
