About
"The wound is the place where the Light enters you." -RUMI
I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from having a safe space to be vulnerable, process and explore their feelings, and feel heard and supported. That is the space I hope to create for the individuals and families I work with, and to partner with them in their journey toward the life they want for themselves. I take a Humanistic approach rooted in Attachment Theory and believe that a positive therapeutic relationship and good rapport are central for progressing forward in our work together. I enjoy working with individuals who are engaged in and open to the process, who are curious to learn more about themselves, and who are in search of a safe space for healing and exploring.
