I take a client centered approach in creating a safe, enjoyable place where we can work together on developing new skills to tackle ways to improve overall life functioning.

Utilizing art, play and talk therapies I focus on building the attachment between child and caregiver while also building on communication skills to go beyond our sessions. Despite my specialization in working with children, adolescents, and families. I also enjoy working with adults and teens in processing life stressors such as school, career, and self esteem. I utilize techniques like mindfulness and CBT to assist my clients in discovering and overcoming barriers, which is necessary to bring about positive, permanent changes in the quality of their lives.
