About
“You can’t go back and change the beginning. But you can start where you are and change the ending.” -C.S. Lewis
Welcome!
As a therapist I’ve had the privilege to work within various settings and care for diverse communities, which has allowed me to discover my deepest passion; working with women.
As women we can face so many different challenges from transitioning into adulthood, making life & career choices, to marriage & motherhood. Sometimes we are challenged with more painful experiences that can be scary to face but together we can get through anything! I cannot promise that whatever you may be facing will completely go away but I can help to make it more manageable so you can enjoy life & live every day presently.
My approach to therapy is that you are the expert; therefore my goal is to partner with you to identify a balanced, individualized & practical approach to navigate through life’s challenges while being a source of support. I have extensive experience and specialized training in anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I am honored to be considered by you, to walk alongside you as you navigate through this journey of life. I look forward to meeting & supporting you achieve your goals. Please feel free to call or email me if you have additional questions or would like to schedule an appointment.
