As a therapist, I bring warmth, humor, compassion, authenticity, and curiosity to the therapeutic process. I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with life transitions (i.e. college, adulthood, relationships, etc.) that may create anxiety and depression. These struggles can make you feel guilty, ashamed, directionless, and self-critical. Also, social media is a whole new element that we must contend with that contributes to further dissatisfaction.
