Welcome! I am glad you’re here. Reaching out takes a lot of courage so I commend you on taking that first step! I am a non-judgmental, collaborative therapist and I am here to listen, offer encouragement, and help you gain perspective. Based on your unique needs, I will draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral modalities. I have helped people experiencing a range of problems including anxiety, depression, interpersonal violence, stress, and trauma. I believe you are the expert in your life and have the capacity for growth and my role is to support you in moving from surviving to thriving. I will strive to create a safe space for you to explore your concerns, gain insights into your patterns, and develop coping strategies to deal with your circumstances.
