About
"The only way out of something is all the way through it."
I welcome you along your therapeutic journey! The foundation of my therapeutic approach draws upon the strength and resilience within each of us. I work with my clients to create a collaborative relationship to explore the struggles they face, honor the attempts they have made, and identify the steps they can take to meet their personal goals.
As a trauma-informed and EMDR-based clinician, I can support my clients work toward developing insight into their trauma, identify their triggers, and process them to improve their quality of life. Additionally, concerns around interpersonal relationships, grief, anxiety, depression, and identity are key clinical areas I can help explore.
Based on my personal experience and through my clinical work, I believe in the value of understanding the cultural, social, and spiritual contexts within which each of us exists, and how those identities inform our unique set of strengths and challenges. I invite my clients to explore the systems they are a part of, and how they influence their everyday lives. I look forward to meeting and supporting you on your path to healing and empowerment.
