I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist that loves to investigate patterns of communication and thoughts so you can expect for us to do a lot of role play, make lists, and use visual charts. I am also an EMDR-trained therapist that can help you to resolve traumatic experiences so that you may improve your self-esteem and relationships with loved ones.
