My ideal client is one that is voluntarily seeking therapy to address issues. Issues can vary from relational to trauma, anxiety, depression (most are interrelated). Their goals are to reduce their problematic symptoms and utilize effective ways to cope with issues. I can help by offering a person-centered, rogerian approach aimed to better understand my client and their needs. I like to incorporate attachment style and psychodynamic approaches. I am trained in EMDR can also apply this modality if needed to address trauma that continues to disrupt client's functioning.
