About
Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.
- Corrie Ten Boom
I work with individuals navigating some of life’s most challenging seasons, including grief and loss, chronic or serious illness, major life transitions, and anxiety. These experiences can leave people feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of who they are becoming—and you do not have to face them alone.
My approach is grounded in walking alongside clients on their difficult journeys with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Therapy is a collaborative space where your story is honored and your pain is acknowledged, while we also work toward instilling hope and meaning, even in the midst of hardship. Together, we focus on building practical coping skills, strengthening resilience, and helping you reconnect with your inner resources.
I believe healing does not mean “fixing” what has happened, but learning how to carry it differently. My goal is to support you in finding steadiness, clarity, and confidence as you move forward—at a pace that feels right for you.
