Aloha, welcome to the islands! This is a warm space of support, but also a space of laughter, relaxing music, and year-round flip-flops :-) Here, we honor diversity, and with the aloha spirit I welcome any person in our community to come in and do some good work on your mind, your spirit, soul, brain, psyche, etc... I have a passion for the mind-body connection and I use lots of bilateral stimulation to help individuals process stress and emotion that may be burdening throughout the busy week. The hope is always to feel enlightened and empowered!

I was born and raised here in the South Bay area within SoCAL, my parents immigrated to California and are of Pacific Islander and Asian origins. Being raised in Cali has helped me to understand and relate well to many people in our community, no matter which background you come from. I enjoy culture, history, travel, and music from any genre!

My current passion is working with bilateral stimulation and using the protocols of EMDR to help facilitate processing for our everyday emotions, and also the re-processing of disturbing memories from years that have passed.

I began as a clinician working in career counseling, then transitioned into work with immigrating individuals, trauma-related war populations, and then serving our K-12 school system. I currently specialize mostly with chronic stress, anxiousness, depressive mood and trauma-related reactions for adults. I also enjoy working with people that have (or might have) ADHD/ADD, it's always a difficult (but beautiful) task to try and navigate how the brain's executive functioning might be affected by combinations of inattention, hyperactive mind, hyperactive body, and/or dissociation.
