About
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
Carl Jung
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next? I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, career challenges, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions—particularly creative professionals in film, television, music, and the arts.
With 15+ years of experience in the entertainment industry prior to becoming a therapist, I understand the unique pressures of creative careers, including burnout, career uncertainty, perfectionism, creative blocks, and their impact on identity and relationships.
My approach integrates CBT, EMDR, attachment-based, and depth-oriented therapy to help you understand longstanding patterns, regulate difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for moving forward.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we can explore where you've been, clarify where you want to go, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels more authentically your own.
If you're ready to begin, I encourage you to reach out today.
Please note all sessions are held online, and my virtual office hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. Clients must be located within the state of California at time of services.
