About
You don’t have to have it all figured out to deserve support. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin feeling like yourself again.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, guilt and shame, and struggles with self-esteem.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered and Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and somatic approaches. Therapy should be a space where you can be honest without judgment, where we work together to understand what you’re experiencing and help you feel more grounded, confident, and at ease.
I especially enjoy working with people who look like they have it all together on the outside while quietly struggling with self-doubt, overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from themselves. My goal is to help you feel more comfortable in your own skin, build practical tools for managing difficult emotions, and develop a stronger, steadier sense of self.
